Buck Update
I was able to visit Buck yesterday evening. He's still in ICU, but the doctors had him sitting up in a chair! He'll probably be in ICU another couple of days to make sure everything's OK. He's still in a lot of pain but is fully alert and we had a good conversation. He wants me to convey to all of you that he's very grateful for your prayers, thoughts, well wishes, and support. Keep them coming! I'll let you know when he's moved to a room because I know a lot of you want to touch base with him and/or send him a card. |

Buck Update
Just wanted to let you know that Buck continues to improve! They moved him out of ICU into a room yesterday! I'm out of town right now but Krispy went by yesterday evening and visited with him and he's improving quickly and in good spirits. They think he'll be in the hospital about another week. I talked to Buck yesterday. It sure was good to hear his voice. It will take awhile, but it sounds like he will be okay. We are continuing our prayers and well wishes. He is very special.

Buck Update
I went by the hospital this afternoon and visited with Buck. He's progressing very well to the point that he is scheduled to be released tomorrow, Wednesday! He's very appreciative of all the support via cards, thoughts, prayers, and calls y'all have shown. Please continue to keep him in your prayers as he still has a way to go to make a complete recovery. |

Just talked to Buck this evening. He is back home in Albuquerque. He seemed much stronger and is going for some therapy appointments next week. It was really good to hear him sound so much better.:-)

Talked with Buck over weekend and he is doing better but has a long recover ahead of him. He is back in NM and thinking of getting a trike for the run next year. Everyones prayers are appreciated for his full recovery.
