Going by what Sidewalk and others said earlier "PACK LIGHT" the list is not allowing one to pack light.

The list is a good start, gather it together and then see what you think you don't need, it will fit if packed right but please remember it is a guideline not a bible

PACK as lite as you can, avoid your bike being weighted down by luggage.
Meds, socks, fast drying undies (3 pair at most) fast drying shirts (4-5) fast drying pants (2) boots on your feet, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb or brush, underarms deordant, camera, $$$, YOU ARE PACKED!

WOW Shadow, where can a person pickup a P38. I came home with quite afew, seems I missed placed them, like my son using them on scouting trips and forgetting to bring them home.
